Our team constantly review environmentally-friendly alternative options so we can play our small part in reducing the impact of the damage caused to our planet.

Raising funds for Action Medical Research
A team of 19 Valor cycling enthusiasts took part in a four day charity bike ride from London to Paris raising money for Action Medical Research.
Covering a total of 300 miles, the team, headed up by our MD Brian McCarthy, cycled on what is now recorded as the UK's official hottest day of the year.

Mental Health & Wellbeing
We now have 30 hotel representatives across our 17 hotels fully trained up as Mental Health First Aiders.
This is an initiative Valor take very seriously and our hotel team members now have a dedicated MH First Aider they can open up to about any mental health problems they are experiencing.
It's OK not to be OK. Our hotels also take part in Wellness Wednesday where team members get to enjoy healthy snacks, Yoga sessions, breathing sessions and walking meetings out in the fresh air.

A Breath of Fresh Air
We think it's important for delegates to take in some fresh air when holding a meeting or event at most of our Valor hotels.
Fresh air clears the head, reinvigorates the mind and puts some energy back into the body. On sunny days it will give you that much needed Vitamin D boost as well as increasing your Serotonin levels.
The majority of our 17 hotels have an outdoor space you can use for delegate breaks, picnic lunches, BBQ's, hog roasts and team building.
Even our city centre hotels have outdoor terraces, courtyards and roof tops you can hire.
